Then our beginners course is made for you: 8 sessions that build on each other, in which you learn the basics together with other newcomers: positions, moving on the ground, your first techniques and the most important rules for safe training.

Scope
8 sessions that take you into Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu from scratch.

Dates
Every Thursday at 18:00, from 22 October 2026 to 10 December 2026. You are also welcome at our regular training on Friday and Saturday.

Gear
We train in the Gi. Your own Gi is not required, but encouraged. Otherwise comfortable sportswear is fine.

Experience
None needed. The course is aimed explicitly at complete beginners.

Price
Your first session is free. If you decide to continue, the course costs 60 €.

Conditions of participation
- Minimum age: 16. Minors need the written consent of a legal guardian.
- Participation is at your own risk. Please check with a doctor before the course starts whether you are fit to train without restrictions.
- Your first session is free and without obligation. If you decide to continue afterwards, the course fee is 60 € for the entire course. We will send you the payment details. Missed sessions cannot be made up or refunded.
